Codeplify builds e-commerce, CRM and delivery software for businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and on behalf of our clients.

What we collect

• Details you submit in our forms: name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country and your message.
• Features you select in the Build Your Store tool, so we can prepare your quote.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, schedule your consultation, prepare a quote, and provide the services you sign up for. We never sell your data.

Your rights (GDPR and similar laws)

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time, or object to its processing. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and backed up daily. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
