Consultations are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Scope of work
Every project is governed by a written agreement listing the features we will deliver, the timeline and the price. Changes to scope are agreed in writing.
Full refund guarantee
If we do not deliver the features agreed in your contract, you are entitled to a full refund of the project fees paid. Refund requests are handled within 14 business days of confirmation.
Payments
Prices are quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise. Third-party costs (such as payment processing, SMS or app store fees) are billed by those providers directly.
Support & updates
Support is provided via email, WhatsApp and video call during business hours. Security updates are included for the duration of your support plan.
